Our restaurant is a love letter to old New York, paying tribute to the supper clubs, speakeasies and icons that helped shape the city into what it is today. Our kitchen and menu, led by Executive Chef/Partner Ed Cotton, rotates seasonally and focuses on approachable yet elevated dishes cooked with the best ingredients available to us. We source locally and cook a significant portion of the menu in our wood-burning oven. Our bar program focuses on Martinis and classic cocktails, because those are our favorites and we think you'll enjoy them too.
